We have just been informed, via the Bishops’ Conference, that the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelisation has called for a universal daily prayer to be offered for the end of the Covid-19 Pandemic during the month of May and that each day during the month will focus upon one of the international Marian Shrines.  This includes Our Lady of Walsingham.

We have been asked to note that Saturday 1 May 2021 has been assigned for Our Lady of Walsingham with the prayer intention in favour of the Holy Souls.  We have therefore been asked to pray the Rosary in spiritual unity with the Holy Father, particularly on 1 May through the intercession of Our Lady of Walsingham.

I realise that this has reached us all with very short notice, but I would be most grateful if you could join in praying the Rosary on Saturday 1 May for the end of the Covid-19 Pandemic and especially for the Holy Souls.

Join us to pray the rosary in the church or online as we pray the rosary on Saturday 1 May at 9.30am.
